Phantom of the Neighborhood

Detective Mark is back on a new case of a Phantom shadow that has been terrorizing the women of this neighborhood that return home late at night. The shadow has been seen repeatedly over the past couple of weeks and it is now time to investigate into the purpose that it may have.
