House of my Dreams

Buying and renovating older homes has become a lot more mainstream lately and further perpetuated by reality TV shows of renovating and remodeling homes like you can find on the television station HGTV. In this particular story a married couple known as the Hamilton's have purchased a distressed property in hopes of renovating it into the house of their dreams. Hopefully they checked the wiring, plumbing, sub floors, the foundation and requested a home inspection as not to run into too many surprises during the project.
