Move around using WASD, and shoot by clicking the left mouse button. You can only shoot a few times before you have to reload, using Spacebar, so don't let yourself get overwhelmed! You will find different weapons in the game, and you can choose between them by pressing the 1-6 keys. Medic packs are all scattered around. Restore your health with the M key.
