Unfortunately, a massive storm came in and blew all of the birthday balloons all over the place and ruined the party. . . or did they. Your mission, as Balloon Headed Boy is to recover the balloons. Using your arrow keys to move and to 'float upward,' you'll have to find your way through 35 levels of balloon-filled fun. But, keep on the lookout for rabid frogs as they try to pop all the balloons.
