You do this by left-clicking on one spinner and then dragging the mouse pointer over other spinners of the same color. Once you have a lot of the same color spinning, hit the big green ball to the left and burst all the spinning spinners. Be careful, because they will only spin for a certain amount of time - if you take too long, they will turn black and will not spin anymore.
