The one responsible for all these acts is Moniker - The Crimson Thief, who is believed to be a ghost. The police department has surrendered but Mortimer is not ready to take this crap. He sets out on a puzzle filled and a challenging journey to retrieve all the stolen things that are supposed to be in the museums and nowhere else. Using the clues wisely and interacting with the locals will be an important factor during the game play.
