Vinny is trapped inside the trunk of a car after 2 thugs put 2 bullets in his stomach and think he is dead. When Vinny lights his zippo lighter grab the blood soaked rag in the truck and then the thugs will drop a brick on the gas peddle and send the car sailing off the bridge into the river below. You much escape the car by tapping the spacebar at designated times that the game will tell you. Meet back up with these guys at a diner and let them know how pissed you are by giving them some bullets to the head.
