Fred sees a beautiful young girl moving into his neighborhood through his binoculars from his bedroom window. He wants to go meet this girl and make her his girlfriend. On the way to go meet with her though the neighborhood bully eyes Fred and is going to try to run him down and beat him up. Fred will need to outrun the bully and jump over many objects that will otherwise slow him down and allow the bully to get closer to catching him.
