This is a 3D version of the game named Xonix where you will have balls bouncing around in the level and you must erase parts of that field by a certain amount in order to continue onto more difficult levels. Use the WASD keys or the arrows to move the robot that will slice off the parts of the field. To finish levels more quickly try to slice off big chunks at a time but do not let the balls collide with your cutting line while it is in progress.
