The bad vehicles are out of prison and up to no good one again. They are messing with the innocent civilian cars and for the local municipal vehicles that protect and serve that is just not going to be allowed. In each level you will need to get the squad car, fire truck or ambulance to it's appropriate parking spot and remove all the bad black vehicles from the scene by any means necessary. You can use the vehicles to push the bad vehicles off the stage or use their force to cause a lever to push them off.
