Stand in circle while dodging a fast-moving chain equipped with a blade tied on the end. Move around using the arrow keys, and click the Spacebar to jump. Your score won't improve unless you collect coins, however. Also, try to collect the hearts that randomly pop up. You have five hearts and you lose one each time the blade or even the chain hits you. The longer you stay alive, the faster the chain will start moving. You will be safe in the corners, because the chain can't hit you there. But, standing around is not going to earn you any points!
